Shipping and returns

STANDARD UAE DELIVERY: 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS 

Our standard delivery charge for the whole of the UAE is 20 AED including postage and packing regardless of location and package size.
 
We send our packages with reputable courier companies. Mostly packages are delivered the next day but please allow up to 3 days (except for Fridays). For standard delivery outside of Dubai and within the United Arab Emirates, please allow an extra day.

If you require your order to be delivered urgently, please notify us and we will work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working telephone number and full postal address and ensure someone is home to sign for delivery. The courier company will call you before delivery.

International Delivery

The cost of international delivery depends on the size and weight of the package. Please contact us for the shipping rate to your country and we will provide you with a quote from our partner courier company.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if the goods are not to your satisfaction. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs. We do not offer returns on products purchased on sale, as part of promotions or that have been personalised. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

You must return goods to us complete in the original packaging and in original condition at your own cost. The goods must also not be used or damaged. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
